One of Farmers & Merchants State Bank’s four guiding principles is “we do the right thing.” Charitable giving is an essential component of this ideal. We strive to have a charitable-giving program that is thoughtful, deliberate and impactful. One of our giving priorities is Hunger & Housing.
Farmers & Merchants State Bank is again holding our annual Tradition of Giving. From Monday, Nov. 4 until Friday, Dec. 13, please bring in a nonperishable food item, unwrapped gifts, or money to any of our three locations.
We will match your donation, dollar-for-dollar and dollar-for-pound, up to $2,000 per location. All donations will be given to local shelters, food shelves, and neighbors in need.
Did you know?
- In Minnesota, 7.5 million people visited their local food shelf last year?
- 1 in 7 kids don’t have the essential nutrition required to thrive?
- People 60 years or older are the fastest-growing group of food shelf visitors?
Thank you in advance for helping make these stats a thing of the past, and the holidays brighter for everyone this season.
